High-Strength Sealing
The sealing process is the final manufacturing stage where the film becomes the finished packaging. At Plastipack S.A. we have state-of-the-art sealing machines that allow us to produce a wide variety of formats with hermetic and resistant seals.
Each package is subjected to hermeticity and seal strength tests to ensure it meets the customer's technical specifications and food safety standards.
Sealing Types
Side Seal: Bags with side seals, ideal for solid and granulated products.
Bottom Seal: Bags with a sealed bottom for products that require opening from the top.
Three-Side Seal: Bags sealed on three sides for maximum hermeticity and presentation.
Doy Pack: Stand-up pouches with a flat bottom for liquid, semi-liquid, and granulated products.
Zipper: Resealable packaging with a zipper closure for greater consumer convenience.
